The ANBTS7500(F)Series Battery Tester utilizes a 1kHz AC constant current source and four-terminal method tomeasure the AC internal resistance (ACIR) and opencircuit voltage (OCV) of lithium batteries, providing theresolution of the AC impedance as low as 0.1uΩ and excellent anti-interference ability.

The ANBTS7500(F)Series Battery Tester is widely appliedin the processes such as the formation and grading of thecell, the on-line screening of the battery in the module andbattery pack, and the off-line detection, etc.

High precision testing

Battery internal resistance range from 0.1uΩ to 3.1kΩ, with 0.5% accuracy, and 7 ranges.

Open circuit voltage range from 10uV to 1100V, with 0.01% accuracy, and multiple ranges.

Comparator function

The battery internal resistance and open circuit voltage have comparator function switches, which can be used to set upper and lower limits for resistance and voltage respectively, compensating for testing.

Reliable Testing

AC four-terminal method testing, with 4mm diameter coaxial contact points and interference-resistant testing cables. Contact detection function, with programmable anti-spark design.

Convenient to use

Touch screen operation, windowed menu. LANRS232 communication interfaces, external I/O interfaces, USB data storage and copying.
